把注册时的详细资料pm给高管删号吧，论坛不负责找回id的，不能把号留给盗号的人

你们主要的问题应该是没有设置安全提问，所以盗号的一旦设置了安全提问，你就没法用忘记密码的方法找回你那个id的密码了
